Investigating the relationship between the components of positive psychology and psychological well-being with teachers’ mental happiness

Abstract :
The current research with the general purpose of the relationship between positive psychology, psychological well-being and mental happiness in the statistical population of all teachers working in educational centers of Torbat Heydarieh city in 2019 through simple random sampling with a sample size of 100 people (50 men and 50 women) by using the Morgan selection table, information was collected through the implementation of mental happiness questionnaire, psychological well-being questionnaire and positive psychology questionnaire.The method was descriptive and correlational. The findings showed that there is a significant positive relationship between positive psychology and mental happiness, R = 0.274, and between psychological well-being and mental happiness, there is a positive and significant relationship, r = 0.622, at α = 0.000.
